Shipping & Returns FAQ

 We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S.)
• International Shipping: Varies by location and customs clearance 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and discounts). 

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Items not in original packaging 
• Gift cards or promotional items 
• Final sale items 

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging 
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required 

1. Email support@miracleaden.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship your item back to us in secure packaging. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. 

• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are applied to your original payment method. 

If your order is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
