Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available on all U.S. orders.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional cost.
International Shipping – Available to select countries. Delivery times may vary due to customs.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and discounts)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Miracle Aden® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or packages lost/stolen after delivery.
For issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist if additional help is needed.

Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.
Items not in original packaging.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Final sale items.

How to Return

Email info@miracleaden.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, pack your item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

Unless the return is due to our mistake, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
